SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Order processing is 1-2 business days and shipping is 3-5 business days. Usually items are processed and shipped out within 24 hours .

  • We only ship free to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii will incur shipping charges. 

 

​​RETURNS POLICY​

REGULAR RETURNS

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less a $10 restocking fee per item. Please email a brief description and reason returning, picture if applicable, your name, address, daytime phone number, proof of purchase to support@klueinco.com .

  • Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.

  • Returned products must be in “saleable” condition (as determined by Klue In-Solutions in its sole discretion). All original accessories and factory packaging must be included, complete with unmarked manuals. Components that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence will be assessed a fee in order to restore the unit to “saleable” condition. Klue In-Solutions reserves the right to deduct this fee from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from return shipping. We recommend you insure the package in case of theft, damage or loss by the shipping carrier.

  • After we receive your returned product in accordance with all of these terms, it will be inspected and a credit will be issued to the same credit card account within 10 days of receipt of your returned product.

  • No refund will be given for items that do not meet our Return Conditions.

WARRANTY RETURNS

  • To return a defective item within the warrant period, please email a complete explanation of the problem, picture if applicable, your name, address, daytime phone number, proof of purchase to support@klueinco.com .

  • We will reply with an RA# and return instructions. We are not responsible for any item(s) returned without an official Return Authorization number (RA#).

  • After you have received the RA#, pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.

  • Returned products with components that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be covered under warranty and will be disposed of and not be returned.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from return shipping. We recommend you insure the package in case of theft, damage or loss by the shipping carrier.

  • After we receive your returned product in accordance with all of these terms, it will be inspected and repaired or replaced at our sole discretion and shipped back to you.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning any item(s) for refund, exchange, repair or replacement.
